Our central team delivers professional, high-quality, and cost-effective “back office” services to all academies within the Trust. This includes financial and accountancy support, HR and payroll services, facilities and grounds management, marketing and communications advice, CPD coordination, Digital ICT Services support, procurement expertise, and capital and premises project management.
At the heart of Sussex Learning Trust is a highly experienced leadership team, including National Leaders of Education (NLE) and National Leaders of Governance (NLG), ensuring strategic oversight and expert support.
