Your Path Into Teaching

Whether you are exploring teaching as a career following university, considering a career change, or seeking a practical route into the profession, we support you through the application and selection process. Detailed guidance on entry requirements, funding, scholarships and interview preparation is available via our programme partners and Get into Teaching resources.

Our School Choice and School Direct partners are BOSCO Teaching School Alliance, the University of Sussex, and Teach South East.

The School Choice/School Direct programme allows prospective trainees to apply directly to the school where they wish to train. The application is then considered jointly by the chosen school, BOSCO, and the University of Sussex.
