Our Values
Our values are underpinned by the Seven Principles of Public Life (the Nolan Principles), which provide an ethical framework for leadership, decision-making and accountability across our Trust.
Alongside these principles, all Sussex Learning Trust academies have either achieved, or are working towards achieving, the Character Education Quality Mark awarded by the nationally recognised Association for Character Education (ACE). Through our curriculum and wider educational experiences, we seek to develop the personal qualities, behaviours, and attitudes that enable young people to flourish both in school and beyond.
