Kath Russ

Kath Russ has had a 30-year career as a preeminent lawyer and over a decade of senior leadership experience. She is a former Leader and Executive Chair of Travers Smith, an international law firm based in London.

Kath now holds chair and non-executive roles in the public, charity and sporting sectors. She is also a non-executive Commissioner of the Independent Commission for Reconciliation and Information Recovery In Northern Ireland and is a council member of the leading human rights charity, Justice. She is also Chair of England Hockey and a non-executive board member of BUCS (British Universities and Colleges Sport).

Kath has lived in Sussex for many decades and has a strong commitment to her local community.
